Kindly take note that WE WILL SEND A SEPARATE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL:
(1) TO CONFIRM REGISTRATION WITH BILLING STATEMENT
(2) TO CONFIRM THAT THE PROGRAM WILL PUSH THROUGH OR IF THE PROGRAM WILL BE CANCELLED or RESCHEDULED.

As part of our business process improvement, we would appreciate receiving payments on or before the seminar date through bank deposit or directly to PMAPs’ cashier, preferably checks. Please be advised as well that program materials will only be awarded to those who have already settled their training fees.

CANCELLATION

 

Cancellations made in less than seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled date of the seminar and No-shows on the day itself will be charged 50% of the entire program cost. PMAP reserves the right to cancel the program if the minimum number of participants is not met. Certificates will only be given to those who have settled their training fees.

When you become a PMAP member, we collect information about you including your name, your employer´s name, your work address, and your email address. We may also collect your personal email address, and a mobile phone number. We ask members to voluntarily provide additional information in their membership profile, such as information about their educational background, and the like. Members may edit their profile at any time to change, add, or remove personal information.

If you correspond with us by email, the postal service, or other form of communication, we may retain such correspondence and the information contained in it and use it to respond to your inquiry; to notify you of PMAP conferences, publications, or other services; or to keep a record of your complaint, accommodation request, and the like.
